1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the eb999 platform and its users. By visiting the eb999 website, creating an account, participating in any game, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.
This document is written in English and applies to Bangladeshi users. If any discrepancy arises between this version and a translated version, this version shall be considered final.

2. Account Registration & Management
To successfully register with eb999, users must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and the balance may be forfeited.
2.1 One Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. Attempting to operate multiple accounts from the same person, same device, same IP address, or same payment method will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.
2.2 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. You will be personally responsible for all activity conducted from your account. Transferring your account or allowing a third party to use it is strictly prohibited.

3. Age & Eligibility Requirements
eb999 may request identity documents or other verification materials at the time of account registration or at any stage thereafter. Failure to provide the required documents will result in the account being temporarily suspended.
The following individuals are ineligible to use eb999:
- Anyone under the age of 21
- Anyone whose account has previously been closed or banned
- Anyone who operates betting on behalf of others or professionally
- Anyone against whom the platform authority has issued a restriction for any reason
4. Deposits & Payment Methods
The following methods are currently accepted for depositing funds into eb999:

Deposited funds will only be returned via the same account from which the original deposit was made. Payments through third-party accounts or unauthorized methods will not be accepted.
eb999 reserves the right to hold transactions until the user's identity has been verified. In the case of suspicious or fraudulent transactions, the associated balance may be forfeited.
5. Withdrawal Policy
The following conditions apply to withdrawals from your account:
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800
- Processing Time: Typically within 30 minutes to 3 hours
- Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts
- Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered under the account name
A withdrawal request may be partially or fully held until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met. Details on wagering are described in Section 6.
eb999 may request additional identity documents for any withdrawal request for security verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may delay processing.
6. Bonus Terms
eb999 offers a welcome bonus for new members. The following terms apply strictly to claiming and using bonuses:
6.1 Welcome Bonus
Another example: deposit ৳14,000 and the bonus will be capped at the maximum of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳24,000. The bonus amount will not exceed ৳10,000 under any circumstances.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit.
Attempting to withdraw a bonus before the wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being cancelled and any winnings earned from the bonus being forfeited.
6.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled
- Bonuses are offered only once — they cannot be claimed again using the same identity, device, or payment method
- eb999 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time
- Attempting to earn bonuses by exploiting system errors will result in account termination
7. Betting Rules
The following rules apply to placing bets and participating in games on eb999:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled
- If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, eb999 reserves the right to make the final decision regarding that bet
- If a dispute arises over the outcome of any event, the decision of eb999 authority is final
- Bets on events suspected of being manipulated or match-fixed may be cancelled
The use of automated betting software, bots, or any unauthorized automated methods is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed.
For casino games, eb999 only operates games from accredited providers. Each game's own rules apply and can be found within the game interface.
8. Responsible Gaming
eb999 believes that betting and gaming is an entertainment activity — it should not be treated as a source of income. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

9. Account Suspension & Closure
eb999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms & Conditions
- Providing a false identity or information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Suspected bonus abuse or fraud
- Use of unauthorized software or techniques
- Suspected money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Being identified as a minor
If an account is closed and there is a valid balance with no proven violation, a withdrawal will be arranged following the relevant process. However, in cases of fraud or serious violations, the entire balance may be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability
eb999 is an online entertainment platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eb999 is not liable for:
- Lost bets or losses caused by internet disconnection
- Delays or losses caused by the failure of third-party service providers (such as payment gateways)
- Losses caused by user negligence or sharing account credentials with others
- Service disruption due to reasons beyond our control (force majeure)
eb999 is committed to providing services in a fair and transparent manner. However, if service is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, this will fall within the scope of this limitation of liability.
